Layaway cannot exceed 12 months.

You must give a 2-week notice before your merchandise is to be picked up. If you give your notice and fail to pick it up within 2 weeks following the end of your 4-week period, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You must pay on your layaway at least once a month. A $10 fee is charged each month to accounts that have not been paid on. Any layaway that goes 5 months without a payment will be cancelled and all payments forfeited.
You may swap the merchandise on your layaway up until you give your 6-week pickup notice. The total of the items you are swapping to must be equal to or greater than your original ticket total.
Any layaway not paid out within a year is charged a 20% fee of the ticket total, then a 2% fee every month after until it is paid out.
We honor only factory warranties with factory approval. There are no in-store warranties, and factory warranties do not cover delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure furniture will fit in your home — we are not responsible for items that do not fit.
Verbal agreements will not be honored. Any additional agreements between you and your salesperson must be listed on your contract (handwriting will not be accepted).
